The service
AlertBlink analyses text messages for scam risk indicators. Results are probabilistic estimates — not legal advice or a guarantee of safety. Use the service only if you are 16 or older and agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or automate the service, submit third-party personal data without consent, or use results to harm others. Violation may result in access termination.
Payments
Full reports cost €2.99 each, processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store payment credentials. Refunds: see our Refund Policy. EU consumers retain their 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the report in question. Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. EU consumer rights under your country of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
